Yes! We have the option to bag/collect grass clippings for no additional cost provided we may use your green waste container or compost pile. Otherwise mulching the grass clippings is recommended which returns nutrients back into the lawn.
If inclement weather has a strong presence in the forecast, you will be contacted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service to reschedule or cancel that particular day.
The invoice will be sent via email on the last cut in the calendar month, and will be due by one week in the following month (the 7th day). The invoice will show each itemized date of visit in the month and local excise tax. (Typically 8.1%)
Invoices will be emailed for online payment through Stripe (most major credit/debit accepted), but we also accept cash and check. Invoices will automatically be sent on a monthly basis unless billing after each individual service is preferred. A PayPal account is not needed for payment.
The neighbor discount program discounts weekly lawn service when two or more lawns are done on the same day within one stop of the truck and trailer. Your lawn plus 1 neighbor - 5%. Your lawn plus 2 neighbors -10%. Your lawn plus 3 or more neighbors -15%.
Although each lawn is unique, perimeter grass may yellow due to frequent trimming, short cut, and sprinkler system inefficiencies to reach all corners. This leaves an unhealthy and unsightly ring around trees and perimeters when trimmed too often.
